You can have a thriving career at VR Business Broker of Fullerton, California. We are looking for people who are motivated self-starters. You must have a real estate agent's license from the California Department of Real Estate. It's helpful if you have owned a business in the past or have been involved in business, but its not required. Some of the most successful agents come to us with a sales background. Both men and women do equally well in this industry. All agents are independent contractors and make their own marketing and business plan with the help of the manager.
We offer training on multiple levels. First, if your interested you will attend a basic training program to learn the ABC's of being a Business Broker at Fort Lauderdale, Florida Corporate training center. Second you will work with the office manager to get a "quick start" in the business of selling businesses. This is real on the job training. Third, ongoing training is provided at our office on issues that affect the business brokers and various industries. Once you go out and get your own listing our agents get an opportunity to share the listing with our office and share ideas.
